Mission: To present and produce a modern crossover event with fashion, music, magic & branded activities in the most prominent shopping center in the south of Sweden, Hansa. To lift a weekend to be attractive for shopping and experiences without following every other shopping centre with discounts on a Black Friday. To create brave new experiences and show how a premium meeting point can attract the best guests and brand the house as a leading city choice. For a conceptual weekend we designed a Brand Experience concept with fashion models, international dj´s, magicians and future digital activities. We managed the event productions and coordinated the BLACK WEEKEND on behalf of Hansa. As always we documented the arrangements through directed photography and digital films.
Solution: We created a successful weekend event with our creative team behind the concepts. The studio creatives where also active in the fieldwork. The team coordinated and produced live music with jazz performance bands, urban international house dj´s, performing magicians, fashionable models in action and a group of digital hands on activities for the guests to experience. We documented the show and the work behind the scenes with documentary photography and digital films. The entire Brand Experience was boosted by our styled teams in black, with a never ending smile.
